A fantastic terrace welcomes us when we arrive at the house, from here you have a nice view of the sea and surrounding mountains. We enter the house and are greeted by a beautifully decorated large living room, from here you can reach all parts of the house. Immediately to the right we find three bedrooms and then two bathrooms, the fourth bedroom is upstairs. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area and open plan, is also adjacent to the living room.

We go out of the house and look out over the sea, and then go down a staircase to the pool area. Here you lie and sunbathe and enjoy life, there is also room for an outdoor kitchen. Adjacent to the pool area is a bathroom and large storage areas. Upstairs from the pool area, next to the main house, is a laundry room and another covered terrace with lovely sea views. The house also boasts a roof terrace, where you have 180 degree views of the sea and Nerja.

Malaga airport is 50 minutes away by car, but there is also a regular bus service from Nerja. The renowned Baviera golf course is only 25 minutes by car from your new home. In winter you have only an hour and a half drive to Granada with skiing in the Sierra Nevada, the best of both worlds.
