The apartment is situated in a gated community on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to all amenities. A supermarket and several restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and Riviera del Sol beach is a 10-15 minute walk or a 2-minute drive. There is a communal swimming pool in the complex, and parking is communal (if there is space inside the complex, you can park there; otherwise, you will have to park on the street).
